Free Shipping Terms

Free shipping on orders $99+ (lower 48 states).

Exclusions: Heavy items, paintballs, gear bags.

If you return an order with free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted.

Returns require a Return Authorization Number—unauthorized returns will be refused.

No Returns on Paintballs & Clothing

All sales are final. Paintballs are inspected before shipping, and we are not responsible for damages during transit.

Product Warranty

All products are brand new from manufacturers.

Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.

Gun modifications may void the warranty.

Shipping costs for defective products are not covered by us.

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.

• Paintball Guns/Markers, Paintballs, Airsoft Guns, Airguns & all type of AirTanks are strictly non-returnable. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS of mentioned items and we do no refund for the same. All items are checked by our team before dispatch.
• For the Custom Printed Shirts, Tshirts, Hoodies or any garments with team logos or any artwork printed on are not accepted as return and are not subject to refund. All custom printed clothing are printed according to the artwork provided by customer. Eastcoastpaintball.com is not responsible for any low resolution print appeared on clothing.
• Eastcoastpaintball.com is completely able to cancel any order without any clarification. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please read Return & Refund Policy before purchasing any product for eastcoastpaintball .com website.
• You may return most merchandise within 15 days of original invoice date. Certain products may not be returned for any reason, including paintballs, custom jerseys, any type of clothing apparel, and custom gun/gear upgrades.
• All returned merchandise must be unopened and unused. A product will be considered used if an attempt was made to fire, install, wear, or wash. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturers packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. Returns are also subject to a 15-80% restocking fee dependant upon condition of the product.
